DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days after processing, unless stated otherwise in the product description or you receive an email with other information.
Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out by the courier company Speedy
Orders are processed until 4:00 p.m. on weekdays. Orders received after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly - Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by our employee.

RETURN
Any product return or claim must be approved in advance by Liann Collection.
You can return or exchange an item purchased from us by notifying us by email within 14 days of receipt and sending the item back.
Items must be in the condition in which they were sent by us - new, unused and with their original tags and components.If the clothes have stains and/or other damages, we reserve the right to refuse to return the goods. Any used, altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted back.
In the event that the product is returned in good condition, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer to the bank details provided in an email to us or by a shopping voucher from the Liann Collection website.
Refund time is up to 14 working days from confirmation by us
Product return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for products lost in the post, so please keep your tracking information and insure the return if necessary.
If upon receiving the product you notice that it has been damaged by the courier company, please provide photos of the packaging and the product. Products that were not in stock and made to order for you are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For orders made in Bulgaria or those with delivery on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the bank details for the return must be with a Bulgarian bank. If the provided data is of a foreign bank and the recipient does not provide an alternative for a Bulgarian bank account, the fees for SWIFT and the transfer are for the account of the recipient.
